Can you use an online pass in an only available in america game?

I got NCAA Football 12 3 days ago and I was wondering whether I can use online.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
