Am I obliged (to continue) to help an employee who is being made redundant once he has found a good job?

A member of our staff is being made redundant as we are closing down. Through our contacts, we've found the employee a better position at much better rates of pays and better holiday allowance etc. If the employee declines that generous offer, do we still have to continue to help them search for other jobs? We are already giving the employee extra costly training.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
